great cookbook for people who want simple fast recipesJan 28, 2011

I enjoy cooking but can never find time. I saw this cookbook at books a million and after going through it and wanting to try most of the recipes i bought it. Its my favorite cookbook now. The recipes are simple and dotn call for many ingredients. Another plus is that the ingredients most of the recipes call for is stuf you most likely already have at home. Most times all i need to go to the grocery store for is the meat. The recipes dont take long to cook either. So far every recipe ive tried everyone has liked it. The last one i made was like a beef taco skillet. It was so easy. the ingredients were: beef, salsa, cheese, water, and flour tortia shells. very simple and was done within about 20 minutes. This is my go to cookbook. Dont know how i managed without it! def reccomend to people like me who: doesnt have much time, doesnt like having to have a bunch of ingredients, isnt a pro at cooking.

I was pleasantly surprised with this cookbook. The recipes are simple and have few ingredients and most if not all the recipes have pictures for them. Would recommend for families on the go but like to try new recipes.

Purchased this book for my daughter,ended up using it myself,also.It is so easy and you can interchange ground turkey,or whatever you choose.We both love it! Quick and easy,add your own spices,etc.,after you test out a recipe.
