Good but...Jan 16, 2011

I agree with Debbie. This book features a nice variety of recipes that are relatively simple and accessible. Having said that, it could have been made simpler. For a single man who works better than 50 hours a week, my time to cook is cut down to a minimum. The prep time while short and the ingredient list - though simple - is not set for a person who has a full work week and whose free time is short and precious. Regardless, this is a worthwhile book and should be a great asset to fans of slow cooker recipes. Well done!
