I am a dairy farmer that ships my milk to Land O Lakes and these recipes are delicious and easy! Nice to know there are so many tasty creations to be made with dairy products!

I love this cookbook. I've tried several of the recipes, including the chicken pot pie. About a third of the book is various types of desserts, divided into different chapters for pies, cookies and bars, cheesecakes, etc. The entree chapter is quite substantial (a nice surprise), and you don't need to use land o'lakes products for most of the recipes; you can use your own brand of butter, grated cheese, sour cream, etc. And if you don't want to load up on the calories, you can substitute low-fat versions of those dairy products; I did that for one of the pasta/casserole dishes, and it still turned out fabulous.

Somewhat disappointed. The Land o Lakes Country Cookbook is better. I will use this cook book some, but just not as impressive as some of the others.
