I bought this because my mom has a Philadelphia cream cheese cookbook that has some appetizer and entree recipes that are good. This book is called Appetizers, Dips, Sides, Entrees, Desserts & More. It really should be called Cheesecakes, More Cheesecakes, Holiday Cheesecakes, No-Bake Cheesecakes, Desserts & Oh Yeah a Few Other Things.
I knew there would be cheesecake/dessert recipes in a cream cheese cookbook, but this is more than half the book. Even worse is that the recipes are all very similar, some differing by only 1 ingredient, which easily could be written as a variation of the main recipe.
The recipes are simple. The pictures are nice.

This is a great cookbook! I originally purchased the book at a school sale and then purchased it again through amazon for my mom (she keeps borrowing mine!). My favorite recipe is the chicken stuffed with cream cheese, cheese blend and green peppers.

I bought two of these..one for my daughter and one for myself. We have tried several recipes and loved them all but one.
