Mostly desserts: disappointingAug 31, 2005
By Meriam Matthews The book is wonderful if you want mostly dessert recipes. I didn't.
Of the 122 pages of recipes, only 49 were pages for items other than desserts, such as appetizers, side dishes and main dishes. However, what color photos there were, were excellent.
All things considered, it's a good book for dessert lovers.
Cute little cookbookNov 28, 2011
By T.D.C. I purchased this little cookbook because I didn't have many cream cheese recipes and wanted to check it out. I will probably try about half of the recipes. Every cookbook I've purchased is usually filled with good and "other recipes" of no interest. This one was the same, but seeing how little it costs, you get your moneys worth. Its a cute little cookbook with some good recipes.
Philadelphia Cream Cheese Classic RecipesDec 17, 2010
By littlesku This book is definitely one that I am using faithfully. The fact that all of the recipes start with cream cheese puts it on the diet hit list. So if you want sinfully rich taste and more than enough calories...this is the winner. I haven't had the book very long and I have already prepared quite a few of the recipes and my family has picked several favorites. It will be a well used staple in my kitchen.
